Carm Manno has been in the hair industry for over 30 years and educating stylists on the latest and greatest color trends and techniques for the last 12 years with Schwarzkopf Professional. Carm is also a contessa semi finalist.
Carm has a passion for color and corrections and is truly an expert in her field.

Robin LaChance is a multi-award winning artist including 2022 NAHA Styling & Finishing Artist of the Year and 2 x CONTESSA Texture Stylist of the Year.
Known for customized haircutting and hair colouring to enhance natural texture and beauty is her focus while helping her guests connect to their authentic selves. She has a love of community and believes in supporting local.
03 — Stylist
10 years behind the chair · 2× Contessa finalist
Brittney is a professional creative who has been working as a stylist for 10 years and is a 2x time contessa finalist. She easily relates to people and is a great communicator, making consultations and advice an essential part of your service.
She is known for her thoughtful and careful approach with fragile and finer textured hair and thrives on bobs, blondes and effortless lived in colours. When she’s not behind the chair you can find her hanging out with her dog and collecting antiques.
04 — Schwarzkopf Color Master
18 years perfecting her craft
Hi, I’m Kaileah, and I’ve been perfecting my craft for 18 years. My true passion lies in color, especially highlights and balayage. As a Color Master with Schwarzkopf, I have the opportunity to express my creativity and offer my clients a wide range of color possibilities.
Beyond my technical expertise, I pride myself on my consultations. I focus on truly understanding my clients’ needs and ensuring clear, effective communication throughout the entire process. I’m also adept at working with finer textures.
05 — Stylist
Alessia truly loves creating different looks that makes you leave feeling confident. Her passion for all things hair has led her to achieve a variety of hair services, with highlights/balayage and styling being her absolute favorites.
She loves seeing her clients leave the salon with beaming smiles and a newfound confidence in their hair, and creates custom looks for each client that enhance their natural beauty.
06 — Junior Stylist · Salon Co-ordinator
Caitlyn Burke is our junior stylist and salon co-ordinator. She has been in the industry for over 3 years and is passionate about all areas in hairstyling.
She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, is thorough with consultations and achieves the desired look flawlessly.

Chantel has been a Hairstylist for 13 years, training under renowned Stylists/colourists throughout her career. Her passion and creativity are a powerful combination.
Being a Mom, she understands how important self care is. Whether you’re looking for a fun subtle change, or an extreme makeover, Chantel will make sure you leave her chair feeling fresh and fabulous!
